snp功能入口标记
我们相信强大的搜索功能对任何SNP标记数据库都是必须的。就我们的经验而言,研究者对任何基因标记都会有需求:SNP识别号,微卫星识别号,基因座区甚至基因和蛋白质识别号。开发一个便利的SNP搜索功能,能为用户提供基因标记输入和过滤功能的SNP列表。这是通过不同的数据库象dbsnp,Unists,NCBI ideogram,genome assemely和HapMapⅡproject整合的。
