楼主以及各位发言的前辈大家好：
    我也是今年毕业的应届毕业生。其实我觉得我的处境与楼主有些相似，我的实验能力也很强，但是毕业的学校差了点。其实我们还是应该多向前辈们多学习，虽然我们会觉得我们的实验能力很强，但终归经验不够。
    我会的实验：核酸提取纯化、PCR、RT-PCR、质粒提取、大肠杆菌细胞转化、引物设计、T载体构建、细胞培养、蛋白质提取及纯化。
    就这些，不知道现在找工作还需要那些实验，希望各位前辈多指点。

小弟我的条件也不错，也是十分努力、热爱生物学工作、诚实守信的人。要是有职位空缺，也希望各位大哥推荐一下我。

其实只要努力，困难是暂时的，对于刚出校门的大学生来说，我们也不是弱势群体，谁都可能碰壁，社会需要圆利的人，你做到了吗？
