[分子进化] [求助]phyml的各项参数都是什么意思？顺带上传我做树的软件

我想用phyml做树，可是除了少数几个参数，大部分都不清楚什么意思。在网上也找不到。请教各位老师同学各个参数的含义，以及一般做树的选择，谢谢各位。附件中是我用的最大似然法做树的软件。
