Practical considerations in refolding proteins from inclusion bodies

摘要部分：
包涵体蛋白的复性受几个因素的影响，包括包涵体在变性剂中的溶解能力、变性剂的去除及帮助复性的小分子添加物。本文将对以下几个关键参数进行综述：(1) conformation of the protein solubilized from inclusion bodies, (2) change in conformation and flexibility or solubility of proteins during refolding upon reduction of denaturant concentration, and (3) the effect of small molecule additives on refolding and aggregation of the proteins.

最近碰到一个问题，有一个蛋白打算输水复性，在做静态盐析试验时，无论用什么方式加硫酸铵或者氯化钠，都会产生沉淀。盐溶液加到样品或是样品加到盐溶液中，缓慢滴加都不行，郁闷了。

考虑了一下，可能要在亲和柱上复性了。

有没考虑下分子筛复性？
