Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA (10ug/ml), RIA and Western blot (10ug/ml). Do not use with Heparin plasma samples. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Storage: Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, store at –20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Warning: This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1 – 1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.

Ø 本GST抗体(GST antibody)为进口分装，用经过适当修饰的GST(Glutathione S-transferase)融合蛋白作为抗原制备得到的单克隆抗体。克隆号为26H1。
Ø 本GST抗体广泛地用于GST tag融合表达蛋白的检测。本抗体可以检测位于融合蛋白N-terminal的GST tag，也可以检测位于融合蛋白C-terminal的GST tag。
Ø GST tag常用于融合蛋白的纯化和检测。
Ø DNA重组技术使给目标蛋白带上特定tag成为可能，这些常用的tag包括myc、HA、Flag、His、GST等。带上tag后，通常不会影响目标蛋白的生物活性和细胞内定位。但检测和tag融合表达的目标蛋白时，使用商业化的相应tag抗体就可以完成，大大方便了很多实验检测。
Ø GST抗体可以用于检测和GST tag融合表达蛋白的表达、细胞内定位，以及纯化、定性或定量检测GST tag融合表达蛋白等。
Ø 配套提供了Western一抗稀释液，可以用于Western检测时的一抗稀释。
Ø 建议抗体使用时的稀释比例如下(实际使用时需根据抗原水平的高低作适当调整)：

Ø 本抗体如果用于常规的Western检测，至少可以检测20次。

保存条件：
GST抗体-20℃保存，Western一抗稀释液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。
注意事项：
Ø 在Western或免疫荧光染色等操作后，请注意回收稀释的抗体。回收的抗体在进行Western或免疫荧光染色时至少可以重复使用
10次。稀释后的抗体，包括已经使用过的稀释抗体，4℃保存。
Ø 回收后重复使用的抗体，使用方法同新鲜稀释的抗体。如果在重复使用过程中发现抗体出现轻微混浊现象，可以10000g离心1-3分钟，取上清用于后续检测。如果回收的抗体出现明显的絮状物或长霉长菌等情况，则可以考虑废弃该抗体。
Ø 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
使用说明：
1. Western检测：
A. 按照1:1000用碧云天提供的Western一抗稀释液稀释抗体。
B. 把经过封闭的蛋白膜与稀释好的一抗4℃缓慢摇动过夜，确保稀释的抗体至少能在摇动的瞬间覆盖蛋白膜。
C. 回收稀释的一抗，4℃保存以备下次继续使用。
D. 按照Western的实验步骤进行后续的洗涤、二抗孵育、洗涤和检测等操作。具体操作可以参考如下网页：

2. 免疫荧光染色：
可以使用碧云天生产的免疫染色一抗稀释液(P0103)稀释抗体，使用后注意回收稀释好的一抗，具体操作可以参考如下网页：

3. 其它实验操作请自行参考适当的protocol进行。
如果你的经费充足就用进口的，否则就用国产的吧！！
